What It Is
A lame: a clamp and handle made to score sourdough before it bakes. Scoring controls how the loaf opens in the oven. This tool gives you the grip to do that cut cleanly and with intention.
The blade is not included. It takes a standard double-edged razor blade, which you source yourself.
How It's Made
Printed to order in PETG. Each one uses 8.77 g of filament and takes about 32 minutes on the printer. That means yours is made after you order — not pulled from a shelf. There is no inventory. There is just your lame, made when you buy it.
