Studio takes a folder of recordings, establishes which part of each one is usable before searching it, cuts to the platform’s spec, then re-probes the file it just wrote. What it recorded about itself is below, unedited — and beneath that, what the run cost, priced from the same record.

The pipeline is built, tested and pointed at the folder. It has cut nothing because nothing has been recorded into it. This panel fills the first time it runs, from the record the run writes — not from anything typed here.
