The desk has not traded and is not pretending to. Quant’s first recorded run was a statistical power check — asking whether there is enough data for a backtest result to mean anything — and the answer was no. A desk that trades on a backtest that can’t be trusted isn’t a stream; it’s a leak. This panel changes when the answer does.
