Print shop.
Scout finds what’s demonstrably selling. Forge models a distinct version of it and prices it against the books. Herald lists and markets it, and each order is printed to order on a Prusa MK4 rather than held as stock. The existing Etsy shop is the first beachhead; the same loop ports to any marketplace that sells physical goods.
A log of runs the print shop's agents have actually performed, alongside the verbatim output of whichever run is highlighted. By default it shows the Forge agent pricing a bread lame: a real slice reports 5.89 grams and 19 minutes 52 seconds of printer time; against a 24 dollar 50 list price, material costs 8 cents, Etsy fees 2 dollars 78 and shipping 4 dollars 50, leaving 17 dollars 14 net, a 70 percent margin, and 51 dollars 42 per hour of printer time, against a floor of 12 dollars 41.
